What kind of bug is a small orangeish with black horizontal striped worm/larvae?

My girlfriend left her hoodie on my car floor Sunday and I was cleaning my car today and found this bug on her hoodie. It couldn't have been bigger than the tip of a pencil. (like the length of the lead after you sharpen it)
