My Gf left me for the second time becasue of me not keeping my promise?

Well my ex left me a lil over a month ago now and it was the 2nd time, after the first i told her i would change and not smother her if she gave me the chance n not fight with her anymore and after 3 weeks we slowly got back together now 4 months later i did it again and smothered her nad was jealous and she left again, this time it was bad, we foiught the night she left pretty good. Now for 3 weeks i messaged her and sent flowers and a gift to her, she responded by saying to giver her space and she loves me but doesn't want to get hurt and doesnt know if she cna trust me again after lying to her n not doing what i say. So now pics of us are still on myspace but she still doesn't want to talk to me and last time we did she said i wasn't in love but infatuated and jealous, now she told me she wanted me to be the one n never had feelings like she did and love for me towards anyon else. I keep emssing it up n text her here and there bt my stuff is on MS still, does she want me to change
