My transport places cover fulham and Victoria , what zones shall i select for oyster card?

You'll find that Fulham Broadway is in Zone 2 and Victoria is in Zone 1. You'll need a Zone 1 and Zone 2 travelcard if you're going to buy a travelcard. However, don't buy a travel card - just top up with money, let oyster decide how much you have travelled, and it will cap the price at 50p less than travelcard equivalent.
