How do i get this guy to talk?

You need to find out what he likes to talk about. Hang out with him at his house or yours maybe? Go to a movie with him. Ask him how he slept , how his day was , how school went , how is life , etc , if he still says yea , oo tru , or lol/lols , then I hate to say but he is not interested in you and you should leave him alone until he comes to you.
