Can you hear a bodily organ pop inside of u?

Except for some gas or fluid ping around in your stomach or intestines, if you had some other organ making a popping noise, chances are that it would be blood and not gas (except perhaps in the lungs if an abscess exploded), but I think chances are, if something exploded enough to cause a popping noise, you would lose consciousness from the sudden blood loss and pain and shock to your system and would not be able to hear it.
