My steering wheel shakes (94' Honda Prelude) when i accelerate?

since it only happens sometime's then i be looking at my rack and pinnion instead of my tire balance,if it was tire balance it happen all the time and since it's not then it going to be soomething with your steering which sounds to be in your rack and pinnion
