I need help with makeup?

I just bought olay definity color recapture. It says illuminating coverage, does that mean it has foundation or makeup in it? I tried it and it TRULY covered small spots, i believe it has makeup or foundation in it, it is not the one that says with a tint of foundation or anything. Does this have makeup in it?
