Where can i get a loan with poor credit?

Where can i apply for a loan online with poor or little credit. I think it's more of an issue with lack of credit rather than poor credit, but I have established some as I have been paying a car loan for a year. I am looking for $1500 for a new pc and other equipment for my home office. I did get a co-signer for my car loan, but I would like to not have a co-signer for this loan. Any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated and I will vote best answer :)
