Were you as disappointed as I was when you watched Cloverfield?

I was excited getting to see Cloverfield for the first time the other night... I wanted to watch it because it reminded me a little bit of the arachnids in Starship Troopers... I was getting into the movie and then all of a sudden it just ends... I was so disappointed.
