This is a good question. Allah claims to be in agreement with the prophets and the God of the Bible and Abraham. Muslims claim all of the prophets of God and yet Isaiah among other prophets did say the Messiah would atone for sin. I don't think you will receive an answer to this as there is no answer in the Qu'ran it says it agrees with the prophets and says it is the word of God then procedes to disagree with all of the prophets and the true word of God.
