Home work question, its easy, cos im only 13?

They don't have the basic necessities on a normal basis so when a catastrophe occurs it is even worse for them. They are routinely without medical care, clean drinking water, healthy food, and adequate shelter. When the worst happens it is even more impossible for them to find these necessities that we here in the USA and the UK take for granted. Not only do they not have these basics routinely, but have no money to pay for such services and basically no services are provided to them. They have no relief societies unless they let in the Red Cross. They do not have any agency looking out for them, and their needs.
