Could this letter to the editor about McDonald v. Chicago be the dumbest of 2010?

The reasoning of the letter is incorrect. But just because you disagree with it doesn't make it the "dumbest of 2010," sorry. At least the writer was coherent, and wasn't spouting garbage about Obama being a socialist.
