Are there any metaphors in "the road not taken" by Robert Frost or similes?

I'm not asking for you to do an ysis on the poem for me be cause i already have all visual and clues that are used in the poem to get Robert Frosts point across but i just will never understand the difference in similes and metaphors So could you tell me of any in the poem so i can elaborate off of them and build my own ideas off of the comparisons. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!
